Pole fitness and Dance
We teach our unique Pole fitness syllabus at 8 different levels with a set syllabus for each level that ensures safe progression and a vast collection of moves to suit everyone. Each lesson you will learn new tricks, spins and transitions whilst perfecting those you have already been taught.
As a total beginner chose a class that says ‘level 1’ in the title or an open level class. If you have done pole before and are unsure of your level please contact us and we can work out which class will be best for you!
In addition to our We Heart pole syllabus we teach pole choreography classes which focus on the dance side of pole. A set routine is taught over a 4-5 week period. The classes explore different styles of dance from contemporary to the sexy or 'classique' style of pole. These are great for building body confidence and having a giggle.
