Inspired by how transformative it has been for both my body and self-belief, I trained as an instructor to share my passion with others. My teaching style is supportive and encouraging, focusing on building strength and trust in the body - with plenty of elbow hangs too!
When I’m not on a hoop, I work across the fitness and charity sector, using movement as a tool for empowerment and wellbeing.”
