 We are here to help you! Whether you would simply like to counterbalance the tightness brought on by sitting at a desk all day or you are working toward a specific goal like achieving your splits or a beautiful back bend, this class is ideal for you! 

Flexibility is an important part of aerial arts and increased flexibility can improve your performance on hoop, silks and pole.  Grace is a balance of  strength and flexibility; train both and you too can make even the most difficult moves look graceful!

As with all our classes, group sizes are small so that you get all the attention you need.
