Not only is it an amazing way to increase your upper body strength it is a fantastic core workout and confidence booster. Aerial hoop is a circus discipline that has been adapted to provide a great studio based workout. Our classes are small so we can dedicate more time to you learning this skill!
As well as being a great workout, you will develop confidence and grace in these classes which are taught from our unique syllabus of four different levels.
