Pole fitness and Dance


Pole dance and fitness is an amazing workout whoever you are. Our classes are designed to increase your strength, flexibility and confidence.


We teach our unique Pole fitness syllabus at 8 different levels with a set syllabus for each level that ensures safe progression and a vast collection of moves to suit everyone. Each lesson you will learn new tricks, spins and transitions whilst perfecting those you have already been taught.

In addition to our We Heart pole syllabus we teach sexy pole classes  which focus on the 'classique' style of pole. These are great for building body confidence and having a giggle.
