Claire Mayes Claire teaches aerial silks, aerial hoop, pole fitness and dance, aerial conditioning, flexibility and balance classes. Claire loves to dance and studied ballet, tap and modern dance from a young age. Claire believes you can achieve anything if you work hard...and won't let you say 'I can't do it' in any of her classes!

Rosie Alderidge Rosie teaches silks and aerial hoop. Rosie has no previous background in gymnastics or dance and has found and improved her strength and flexibility through classes at the studio. She now loves making pretty bendy shapes up in the air! Rosie loves to teach and enjoys helping others reach their goals no matter how long it takes.

Lisa Doling Lisa teaches aerial hoop, zero-gravity yoga, pole fitness and dance, Animal Flow, flexibility and balance classes. Lisa was a gymnast as a child and loves to include a gymnastic element to all her classes. Lisa is an encouraging and supportive instructor, making even the most nervous student feel at ease.

Sian Ivory Sian teaches beginners pole dance and fitness. Her pole style is fun and flirty. Sian has a natural flow on the pole and loves incorporating routines into her classes. Fay Morrow Fay teaches pole dance and fitness and zero-gravity yoga. She loves all aspects of pole and aerial and likes to keep her classes varied - from sexy pole flow, to strength, tricks and conditioning. Fay loves seeing her students' confidence and strength grow with each lesson and helping others to achieve their goals. She won't let you give up on your nemesis move until you nail it!

Lorna Georgiou Lorna teaches beginners aerial hoop and silks. She has a teaching background in a variety of fitness styles from bootcamps to yoga. She loves the strength and conditioning side of aerial arts and enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals. Gemma decided to change career paths a few years ago and has focused mostly on small group and 1-2-1 training. Gemma loves working with people to help them achieve their goals and believes that with hard work, support and encouragement that anything is possible.

Hannah Smith Hannah teaches our Hula Hoop classes. Hannah has been able to hula since she was a child but attended her first class in 2015 and instantly fell in love becoming a qualified hula hoop instructor in 2016 Hannah loves the different uses for hoop be it fitness, dance or tricks but most importantly fun.  She loves to share her passion with our students.

Katie Rooke Katie teaches aerial hoop and  'Circus Fit'  (aerial  conditioning).  She is a former gymnast and high board diver and loves the 'tricks' side of circus.  Katie is fitness crazy and enjoys all aspects of fitness, she  loves to share her passion with others.
