Rosie Alderidge   Rosie teaches silks trapeze, aerial hoop and kid’s circus. Laura Borer: Studio Manager   Laura teaches pole, aerial hammocks, static trapeze and balance. She also instructs the kids circus classes  Laura’s style is strong and fierce. She loves flips and dynamic power moves. Laura has a great sense of humour and her classes are incredibly fun.  Laura says pole has helped her gain so such in confidence, strength, musicality and flexibility.

Sian Ivory   Sian teaches pole and Kid’s circus.  Sian has a natural flow on the pole and loves incorporating routines into her classes. Any excuse for a booty shake in her sparkly heels!  Sian is encouraging and supportive, she loves it when she sees people achieve moves especially when it may of taken a while to achieve.

Fay Morrow   Fay teaches pole, aerial yoga and helps out with Kid’s circus workshops. She loves all aspects of pole and aerial and likes to keep her classes varied - from sexy pole flow, to strength, tricks and conditioning.  Fay loves seeing her students' confidence and strength grow with each lesson and helping others to achieve their goals. She won't let you give up on your nemesis move until you nail it!

Lorna Georgiou   Lorna teaches aerial hoop, aerial yoga, hammocks and silks. Lorna also teaches kid’s circus and has a teaching background in a variety of fitness styles from bootcamps to yoga. Katie Banfield   Katie teaches our commercial dance class, she has been dancing for 16 years and has a BA honours degree in dance studies.  She has been teaching dance classes focusing on commercial and contemporary dance at the studio for 2 years now and loves every second of it!  She loves that in a dance class you don't realise that you are actually working out! You just are enjoying yourself shaking what your mama gave ya!

Katie Banfield

Katie teaches our commercial dance class, she has been dancing for 16 years and has a BA honours degree in dance studies.

She has been teaching dance classes focusing on commercial and contemporary dance at the studio for 2 years now and loves every second of it!

She loves that in a dance class you don't realise that you are actually working out! You just are enjoying yourself shaking what your mama gave ya!

Jess Simpson-Titchmarsh   Jess teaches pole, aerial hoop and balance. She started Pole Fitness is 2012, and loves how strong she has become.  Jess enjoys moves that incorporate strength and flexibility. She has a natural grace and flow to her movement and loves to choreograph classique style routines.  Jess is a really encouraging instructor and makes all her students feel at ease.
